Customer Research, Inc. Reports: More Consumers Choosing  ARA Gold Seal Recyclers

Manassas, VA - More consumers of quality automotive recycled parts are going for the gold - that is - they are choosing to do business with those Automotive Recyclers Association (ARA) members who have earned the Gold Seal status.   Consumers are looking for the ARA Gold Seal label to know they are purchasing quality, recycled OEM parts with accurate part descriptions and written product guarantees.

According to Dusty Dunkle, President of Customer Research, Inc. (CRI), customer satisfaction with Gold Seal Recyclers increased during the first quarter of this year, up from  the first quarter of  2011. ARA Gold Seal Committee Chair, Eric Schulz is confident that Gold Seal Recyclers are the consumers’ choice for quality recycled parts and Gold Seal Q1 2012 Customer Service Index (CSI) scores support this position.

ARA Gold Seal Recyclers now have the ability to display the data that support the high levels of customer satisfaction on their own company website.  Gold Seal Recyclers now can link to CRI CSI reports of the most recent quarters, or even display previous quarters.  ARA Gold Seal Recyclers' CSI reports are also available on the ARA web site (www.a-r-a.org).  For information on the ARA Gold Seal Program contact Ginny Whelan, ginny@araeducation.org or call 609-451-0760.

For almost 70 years, ARA has represented an industry dedicated to the efficient removal and reuse of “green” automotive parts, and the proper recycling of inoperable motor vehicles.  All ARA members provide consumers with quality, environmentally friendly, low-cost alternatives for vehicle replacement parts.

With programs such as the Certified Auto Recycler program and Gold Seal program, and other partnerships with automotive manufacturers, automotive recycling will continue to provide consumers with quality, low-cost alternatives for vehicle replacement parts, while preserving our environment for tomorrow.  Today, ARA represents the interests of over 4,500 auto recycling facilities in the United States and fourteen other countries around the world.

For more information on ARA, visit the ARA homepage at http://www.a-r-a.org or call (888) 385-1005.
